Hi, I'm Gina Sicilia - singer/songwriter turned food entrepreneur and the founder of Gina’s Skinny Italian, a brand of Gina’s Italian Cuisine LLC based in Nashville, Tennessee.
My business was born out of a pandemic side hustle when music was literally put on pause, but I have developed this brand out of pure passion --for Italian food, for wellness, and for the belief that flavor and tradition should never be sacrificed in the name of health.
Let's face it--breaking up with carbs is hard. I get it. And finding truly low-carb, no-sugar-added Italian food in stores? Nearly impossible. It shouldn't be this way. Whether you're eating low-carb for health, lifestyle, or personal goals, you shouldn't have to say goodbye to the comfort of pasta or the richness of real Italian sauces. That's where I come in.
I'm here to prove that Italian food doesn't have to mean carb overload. You can enjoy the classics -- pasta, creamy sauces, crave-worthy flavors--reimagined in a way that's lighter, healthier, and just as full of flavor. I've made it my mission to transform iconic Italian dishes into better-for-you versions that don't taste like a compromise.
My promise to you? No added sugar, no junk -- just bold, beautiful Italian flavor you can feel good about.
Let's change what "Italian food" means in your kitchen--together.
With love,
Gina Sicilia, Owner & Founder
